zh8 Terms & Conditions - Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zh8," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to zh8, the internationally licensed online gaming platform operating at zh8.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the zh8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the zh8 platform, which stores balance information, transaction history, bonus credits, and personal data.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means real-money deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held by zh8 on behalf of the Player within their Account, plus any winnings credited thereto.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds granted to a Player by zh8 that are subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific conditions before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, account tools, payment facilities, customer support, and other features provided by zh8.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of zh8 is restricted by applicable law, regulatory authority, or zh8's internal compliance policy.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by zh8 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds where required.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering regulations and associated compliance procedures that zh8 is obligated to follow under its international licensing conditions.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of zh8 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any zh8 Service, you confirm under penalty of immediate account closure that you meet this minimum age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

2.2 Age Verification Process. zh8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Until satisfactory age verification documents are received and approved, zh8 may withhold withdrawals, restrict account access, or suspend account functionality at its sole discretion.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. Players must not be located in, resident of, or accessing zh8 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. zh8 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Per Individual. Each individual may hold only one active zh8 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, or the sharing of account credentials with third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access zh8 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, at minimum: a valid email address, a Pakistan mobile telephone number, a secure password, and confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles zh8 to suspend or permanently close your account.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. zh8 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your zh8 account, you must notify zh8 support immediately at [email protected]. zh8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to notify zh8 promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.

3.5 Two-Factor Authentication. zh8 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account via SMS to their registered Pakistan mobile number. While 2FA is optional, zh8 accepts reduced liability for accounts that have not enabled this security feature and subsequently experience unauthorised access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zh8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). zh8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on zh8 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly selected and confirmed by the Player. zh8 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Rs 500 via bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed within the zh8 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. zh8 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of an approved withdrawal request, subject to identity verification requirements and applicable security checks. zh8 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes as processing may be affected by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or compliance procedures beyond zh8's direct control.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. zh8 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing ownership of the withdrawal destination before releasing funds. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.6 Player Funds. Funds deposited by Players and held in their zh8 account balance are treated as player funds and are maintained separately from zh8's operational funds. zh8 does not use player funds for operational purposes.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zh8 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administrative fee in accordance with its internal policy, details of which will be communicated to the Player at the registered email address prior to any deduction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers at zh8 are subject to individual eligibility criteria as specified in the terms accompanying each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players with verified accounts in good standing. zh8 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotional offer at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the applicable promotional terms. The standard wagering requirement on zh8 is 30x the bonus amount for Silver tier Players, 20x for Gold tier Players, and 10x for Black Diamond tier Players, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.3 One Bonus Per Transaction. Only one bonus offer may be applied to any single deposit transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Players may not stack bonus offers unless zh8 expressly permits this in writing as part of a specific promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. zh8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, structuring deposits or gameplay patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, collaborating with other Players to generate artificial wagering activity, and exploiting technical errors in the Platform to obtain bonus credits to which a Player is not entitled. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus credits forfeited, and winnings derived from abusive activity confiscated.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus credits that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the applicable promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account balance. zh8 is not obligated to provide advance notice before bonus expiry where the expiry date was clearly communicated in the original promotional terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on zh8 are provided by licensed, independently audited software developers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. zh8 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by game developers in accordance with their licensing obligations.

6.2 Betting Limits. Each game and betting market on zh8 is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. zh8 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including imposing limits on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome, bet settlement, or balance change, zh8 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds or bets and reinstate the correct account balances. zh8 is not liable for any actual or consequential losses arising from technical errors.

6.4 Interrupted Games. Where a game session is interrupted due to a disconnection or system failure, zh8 will restore the Player's account to the state immediately prior to the interrupted round where technically feasible. If restoration is not possible, the interrupted round may be voided and the stake refunded.

6.5 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with zh8's sportsbook rules, which reflect standard industry practice. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, zh8's determination is final. zh8 uses official competition results as the basis for settlement and is not responsible for errors in results provided by official data sources.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Players agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using zh8:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, verification, or any communication with zh8;
• Attempting to access zh8 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to conceal actual geographic location;
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under the identity of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with zh8 games, the sportsbook, or any other platform function;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, particularly in poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets or engaging in gameplay patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring");
• Attempting to exploit programming errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial crime laws;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zh8 staff members via any communication channel;
• Charging back any deposit previously made to zh8 via a payment provider without first raising the matter with zh8 support and allowing zh8 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. zh8 is genuinely committed to the promotion of responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not merely as a regulatory obligation. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we are committed to providing tools and information that help all Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel their gambling is becoming difficult to control may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting zh8 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Once activated, zh8 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.

8.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active, during which the existing lower limit continues to apply.

8.4 Reality Checks. zh8 provides optional session time notifications that remind Players of the duration of their current gaming session at user-defined intervals.

8.5 Minor Protection. Players must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing their zh8 account. This includes using unique, strong passwords and enabling account lock features when the device is left unattended.

8.6 Age Restriction. zh8 is exclusively available to Players aged 21 years and over. This is a firm requirement from which no exception is made regardless of jurisdiction, local custom, or any other consideration.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 zh8's Right to Suspend. zh8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player account at any time and without prior notice where zh8 has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or money laundering activity; provision of false personal information; or any other conduct that poses risk to zh8, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

9.2 Investigation Period. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes without finding wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, zh8 may permanently close the account and forfeit balances in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Any Player may request account closure at any time by contacting zh8 support. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and there are no outstanding issues, the balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. zh8 targets completion of closure-related withdrawal processing within 10 business days.

9.4 Effect of Closure. Upon permanent account closure, all Bonus Credits and pending promotional entitlements are forfeited. Historical transaction data associated with the account will be retained by zh8 for the minimum period required by applicable law and zh8's licensing obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, design elements, software, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the zh8 platform are the proprietary property of zh8 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. zh8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of lawful personal gaming activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any zh8 content.

10.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use zh8 branding, imagery, or content in any manner that could cause confusion as to the source of the content, damage zh8's reputation, or imply any endorsement by zh8 of third-party content or activities.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability. zh8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond zh8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. zh8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of zh8, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss.

11.3 Maximum Liability. Where zh8's liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, zh8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to zh8 in the 12 calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that the outcome of any game or bet is uncertain. You assume full personal responsibility for any financial losses incurred through your use of zh8. zh8 is not responsible for the financial consequences of your gaming decisions.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. zh8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, zh8 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address held on account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the amendments taking effect.

12.2 Effect of Continued Use. Your continued use of zh8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.

12.3 Version History. The version number and effective date stated at the top of this document identify the current version of these Terms & Conditions. Previous versions may be obtained by contacting zh8 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh8 holds its primary gaming licence.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of zh8, you must first contact zh8 customer support at [email protected] and allow zh8 a minimum of 30 calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint before escalating the matter further.

13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the definitive language for all legal purposes. Any translation provided by zh8 for the convenience of Players is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding document. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
